  • There will be many activations from McLaren, and McLaren’s partners, where you can put your racing skills to the test, learn about McLaren’s heritage, see an incredible line up of iconic McLaren cars and purchase McLaren merchandise.

The main stage inside the event will also feature Q&As with key McLaren Team members, opportunities to win prizes, and special guests. As a family friendly event, all performances on stage are suitable for children.

Some activities require onsite booking. Please visit the relevant areas for more details.

  • Some activations are two-minute experiences, while some are longer and require booking onsite. There are no restrictions on how long you can remain in the fan zone, however if the event is busy, we recommend you return later or the following day.

  • There will be an accessible entrance at Gate 1 and Gate 4, and a lift within Trafalgar Square to take you into the main square with accessible access out of the venue.

  • We have a dedicated Accessible Area which provides a stage view and a BSL interpreter. This space is designed to support individuals who may need a quieter or more accessible environment, such as those who are neurodivergent, hard of hearing, or those who are heavily pregnant.

  • To see our full list of prohibited items, click here.

  • Only infant milk, baby food, medical and personal hygiene supplies are allowed inside the event. There are several bars and food vendors where you can purchase meals and snacks. We do encourage you to bring your own reusable water bottle, as free drinking water will be provided. Please see our full list of prohibited items for more details.

  • Comfortable shoes: To prepare for queuing to access the event and for extended periods. If you are over 18 and want to participate in the Pit Stop Challenge, you will need flat, closed toed shoes.

Everyone, regardless of background and community should feel welcome.

Any conduct which violates an individual’s dignity, or which creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, offensive or otherwise uncomfortable environment for an individual will not be tolerated and the person causing the violation may be escorted from site.

  • We are a free event to make it accessible to fans. However, there is a capacity limit on the venue and once this is full the event will operate a one-in one-out process to ensure the safety of all guests on site. We will endeavour to communicate the status through our own social media channels, and ensure you're connected to the event if you are unable to enter the site.

  • Our event is not ticketed, so if you need to leave the venue and wish to come back later or the following day, you will need to queue up again at the entrance. Please be aware that entry is not guaranteed.
